Workmanship Warranty
Effective date: January 15, 2021
At TraVerse Enterprises, we stand behind the quality of our installation work. This workmanship warranty is designed to give you confidence that your window treatments are installed correctly and will perform as intended.
Warranty Coverage
We provide a one (1) year workmanship warranty from the date of installation. This warranty covers:
- Mounting or hardware failure resulting from installation error
- Operational issues directly caused by installation (excluding product defects)
If an issue arises within the warranty period that falls within this scope, we will correct it at no labor cost to you.
What Is Not Covered
This workmanship warranty does not cover:
- Manufacturer defects or product-related issues (these are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, if any)
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper operation
- Alterations, adjustments, or repairs performed by anyone other than TraVerse Enterprises
- Structural or material issues beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Drywall failure
- Inadequate framing or backing
- Deteriorated wood or substrates
- Hidden conditions such as wiring, plumbing, or unforeseen obstructions
Warranty Service
If a workmanship-related issue occurs within the warranty period:
- We will provide service at no labor cost
- Trip charges may apply for locations outside our immediate service area; however, these may be waived at the installer’s discretion
- Warranty-related requests are prioritized and scheduled ahead of standard service requests
Conditions & Limitations
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable
- The warranty becomes void if the installation is modified, adjusted, or repaired by anyone other than TraVerse Enterprises
- TraVerse Enterprises reserves the right to determine whether an issue is related to workmanship or falls under another category (such as product defect or site conditions)
Limitation of Liability
This workmanship warranty is limited to the correction of installation-related issues only. TraVerse Enterprises is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
Our total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original cost of the installation services provided.
