We are excited about our upcoming appointment with you. We want to make sure that you don’t miss any important details, so we have created a checklists for you to review.

To ensure a seamless installation process, we kindly request your assistance in preparing for the visit by our installation team. Before their scheduled arrival, we ask that you take the following steps:

  • Please clear the designated window work areas by moving any furniture, including seasonal items like Christmas trees, to create ample space for our installer and any required equipment, such as ladders. Ideally we would need at least 3-4 feet of space around the windows or walls where we will be working.
  • If you require assistance from our installation team to help move furniture please make sure that you inform our operations team when you are booking the appointment. If you forgot to do so, please call our office as soon as possible at 864-735-7688 so that we can include the appropriate amount of additional time to complete this task.
  • Please note that our installation team are not professional movers and neither our installation team, nor our company as a whole can be held responsible for any potential damage done to floors, walls, or furniture caused by moving your personal items.
  • Please help us prioritize the safety of your personal belongings by removing any fragile items such as ceramic figurines, glass lamps, from the installation area. Also any large potted plants should be relocated until after the installation is completed.
  • The installation of your window treatments necessitates our team’s undivided attention; we kindly request that you keep children and indoor pets away from the installation area. Rest assured, our experienced installation team is committed to delivering a thorough and professional job. Following the successful installation, they will provide you with instructions on how to operate and care for your newly installed custom window coverings.
