We want you to feel comfortable doing business with us. Every manufacturer that we work with has a warranty policy that they offer on the products that they make and we give you a copy of this documentation for your records.

Each warranty is different and the terms and conditions vary from one manufacturer to the next.

If you have any problems with a product that we supplied, please contact us and we will schedule a time to come inspect the product. Depending on the situation, we may be able to order parts to repair the product, we may have to take down the product to be sent to the factory for repair, or the manufacturer may offer to remake the product (at their discretion). There may or may not be a charge for a remake.

In addition to the manufacturer product warranties, we offer a one-year warranty policy on our labor that starts from the date of the completed installation. If you have any issues within the first 12 months of owning your products, please let us know and we will come to investigate. If the cause of the problem is the result of a manufacturer defect or an oversight on our part during the installation, there will not be a charge for the visit during this 1-year period. If the problem is the result of, improper use, or abuse of the product, a service call / on-site repair fee may apply.

After that 12-month period ends, a service call / on-site repair fee may apply to any and all service calls.
