Available Upgrades

Cordless Lift

Many manufacturers of wood blinds have started moving to cordless lift systems to raise and lower the blinds. Doing so can make the blinds safer for homes with small children.

Tilt Options

By default, the tilt function can be controlled with a wand or a short dual-cord pull system. For added ease of use, a number of wood blind suppliers have added a motorized tilt option using a battery powered or rechargeable motor. However, these servo-type motors are usually not powerful enough to raise and lower the blind.

Decorative Tapes

The saying goes that everything old is new again, and this goes for wood blinds as well. Many years ago it was fashionable to have decorative fabric tapes down the front of the blinds, this allowed you to tie in color like reds, greens, or blues.
